Ortivus has successfully been qualified for the NHS Framework Agreement covering MobiMed Life, opening new possibilities in the United Kingdom

We are pleased to announce that Ortivus’ tender application for MobiMed Life has been approved by the NHS Supply Chain and that the company thereby has been selected for participation in the NHS Framework Agreement to provide External Defibrillation Devices and Related Services and Accessories. This is an important step forward for Ortivus on the UK market as all care units connected to the NHS can call-off defibrillators from the entire MobiMed Life range. The framework duration is 4 years from the Commencement Date. As the framework is used to streamline the procurement process for the end customer, being on the framework has no defined order value at this point but may lead to future orders based on the agreement.

The National Health Service (NHS) is an organisation that provides member trusts and publicly funded bodies with strategic purchasing support. That Ortivus has been qualified for this NHS Framework Agreement means that the company’s solutions have been evaluated and approved and that Ambulance Trusts, care units and hospitals across the United Kingdom can call-off Ortivus’ MobiMed Life, from automatic external defibrillators to advanced manual defibrillators.

To be qualified for the NHS Framework Agreement is an important step in the right direction for Ortivus’ further expansion on the UK-market. We look forward to the possibility of delivering MobiMed Life to care units all over the United Kingdom.” – Says Elias Obaid, Ortivus’ Sales Manager.

Ortivus are one of several competing suppliers that have qualified for the framework. A mandatory minimum 10 calendar day standstill period applies before NHS Supply Chain can conclude this Framework Agreement. Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the standstill period, the framework agreement will be concluded at midnight on Tuesday 2nd May 2023.
