Optimal Patient Care

MobiMed Care gives primary care providers tools and functions that allow them to provide better patient care on-site. Access to clinical records, real-time monitoring of vital signs is only two areas where MobiMed Care creates value for the patients.

ePR with Medical Records

With the many integration possibilities, historical records can be made available to let staff get a fuller picture of the patient. Information about previous treatments, medical issues, or allergies can be of vital importance to the treatment.

The patient’s records and notations, including vital sign parameters, can, of course, be saved in the ePR for future use.

Real-Time Monitoring of Vital Signs

With real-time monitoring of vital parameters, primary care staff gets a clear view of the health status of the patient.

MobiMed Care provides remote access to the patients’ vital parameters, such as ECG, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure.

The real-time vital signs can be viewed remotely, by a doctor or a specialist not physically present, which makes it possible to assist primary care staff with further decision making. This support gives ample opportunities for better on-site care and reduces the risk of unnecessary, strenuous, and costly transportation and hospital visits.

Decision Support

MobiMed have several functions for decision support and guidance, for example, a triage module, calculation of the dosage of medicine and cooperation with remote staff through chat and by sharing vital signs in real-time.

Patient Security

All information about the patients are kept safe through the support of secure logins with smart cards, managed access rights via centralized administration, and through encrypted communication.

Much, much more…

There are many other modules, features and functions that help bring optimal patient care to health centers and primary care providers. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Efficient and Cost-Effective Processes

Many of the features and functions that benefit the patient also benefit the primary care providers. Real-time monitoring of vital signs automatically included for patient records (ePR) and remote collaboration are but a few.

Adapt to Your Organization

The MobiMed Care is module based and flexible, making it easy to adapt the system to the different workflows and processes of individual primary care providers. It can integrate with existing equipment already used for patient monitoring and defibrillation, for example, reducing the need for additional investments in equipment and saving time on training.

Health centers and primary care providers can choose to start with essential functions and over time, develop the system as the demands of the operations change. This makes the return on investment much quicker since primary care providers can be up and running with the MobiMed system in weeks, not months.

Integration for Enriching Data and Analysis

MobiMed Care integrates with other systems such as Summary Care Record (SCR) and the Personal Demographics Service (PDS) and can use that data to enrich the information in the patient records on file.

The smooth integration and connectivity also make it possible to export data from MobiMed for further analysis, which can produce insights on how to improve the efficiency of the health center’s operation.

Real-time Monitoring for Better Resource Utilization

The real-time monitoring of vital signs is essential when collaborating remotely with staff not physically present at the health center. By having a real-time capture of vital parameters, remote resources can quickly get summary reports. The real-time monitoring can also be automatically transferred to the ePR.

MobiMed Care has many features and functions that enable health centers and primary care providers to provide care with great quality and efficiency. Some of these features are listed below.

Adjustable Alarm Limits

The vital signs monitor contains adjustable alarm limits used when monitoring vital signs. Critical changes of vital signs will be captured and allows for quick corrective actions.
