Ortivus appoints Gustaf Nordenhök as new CEO
We are happy to announce the recruitment of Gustaf Nordenhök as Ortivus’ new Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the management team. Gustaf assumes the position of CEO on January 1, and the outgoing CEO, Reidar Gårdebäck, will remain with the company until March 31, 2024.

Ortivus receives MDR certificate
We are very proud to announce that Ortivus has been certified under the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and that MobiMed continues to be a CE marked medical device. The certification means that our medical technology solutions are now compliant with the new European legislation for medical technology products, that was installed to guarantee patient safety.

MobiMed ePR is live again after a prior cyber-attack impacting some UK customers
We are pleased to announce that MobiMed ePR, Ortivus’ electronic patient records system, has been reinstated for all UK customers affected by the previously reported cyber-attack on the sub-vendor datacenter hosting the system. The company has received final approval from NHS authorities to restart the system, and all customers are now reconnected.

Ortivus’ President and CEO, Reidar Gårdebäck has decided to leave the company after nearly 5 years of service
Reidar Gårdebäck will remain with the company until his replacement has been recruited, which is anticipated to be in the spring of 2024.
