Ortivus service and support team has expanded with a new member based in the workshop outside Southampton. Richard Miller is the name of our new colleague. He especially looks forward to customer interactions, helping them and answering their questions. Fixing computers is fun, but it is even better when you know that they are important for the healthcare sector. Especially in these times when the demand for their services are growing.
Neither colleagues nor environment are completely unfamiliar territories. Richard has known Stuart Biggs for a long time, so he has a good idea of Ortivus and the service team’s work. Also, he has in the past worked in the NHS. Richard has previous experience from different customer focused roles. He shares the passion for customers with his line manager Mario Melki who wants the team to become customer obsessed.
