Ortivus awarded 10.5 MSEK contract from Region Norrbotten for MobiMed ePR

Ortivus has been awarded a contract for delivery and implementation of MobiMed ePR, a system for electronic patient records, to all of Region Norrbotten’s ambulance vehicles.

The contract duration is five years, with the possibility of annual extensions for up to five years. Estimated order value is 6.0 MSEK for the initial period, and an additional 4.5 MSEK for the entire extension period.

The contract also includes options worth an additional 8.0 MSEK, leading to a total estimated order value of 18.5 MSEK. The agreement encompasses options for MobiMed enRoute and MobiMed FleetCtrl, solutions available for ordering by the region.

Region Norrbotten has been Ortivus’ customer for many years, using MobiMed Monitor. The new contract covers MobiMed ePR, electronic patient record including system integrations. Ortivus currently supply MobiMed to 16 out of Sweden's 21 regions.

This award decision does not imply that a contract has been executed, and contractual obligations do not apply at this stage. The contract may be signed once the contract lock has expired, with the earliest possible signing occurring 10 days after the award decision has been announced.
