What will you do?
Ortivus is growing on the international arena and needs to strengthen our OTR team with an additional skilled Project Manager. In this role the Project Manager is responsible for the successful and timely software and service implementation, coordination, and management for international customer delivery projects. This position is responsible for defining, planning, and driving the team activities necessary to reach implementation objectives including the internal coordination of tasks with a project plan and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. In this role, the project manager will work closely with all departments and customers serving as consultant, organizer, facilitator, planner, data analyst and problem solver as needed. Working independently and with minimal supervision, the project manager handles the implementation of medium to large scale customer implementations. The position will be based out of our Ortivus office in Danderyd, Stockholm, Sweden, and will involve travelling.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful as our new Project Manager you will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing client facing projects and working in cross-functional teams, preferably, but not limited to the healthcare sector. You need to have the ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, independently organize, and prioritize work. Furthermore you have the ability and availability to travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings, interacting with all levels in an organization including executive management. If you have the ability to maintain composure, solve practical problems and successfully manage a variety of changing situations under stress and against tight deadlines this role is ideal for you. We also require the candidate to be fluent in English and Swedish at a professional level.
