What will you do as Sales & Marketing Associate?
The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing activities to increase company sales and to build brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of sales proposals and sales forecast reports, analyse customer feedback data, and organise promotional events. The successful candidate will also be offered the opportunity to further develop sales skills with sales lead generation and face-to-face customer product presentations. You will also take part in the company’s marketing and communication activities, collaborating with the design and content marketing team to produce high quality marketing material. You will support marketing through our digital channels and work with projects that is foremost related to, but not limited to the UK-market. You will be maintaining accurate records of campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches. You will be analysing market trends, sales, and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to employ a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate to ensure that all sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives increase company sales and brand awareness. The Sales and Marketing Associate’s responsibilities include implementing various methods of collecting customer feedback, participating in trade shows, and organising promotional events. To be successful as a Sales and Marketing Associate, you should be able to anticipate consumer behaviour and keep abreast of the latest industry trends. Ultimately, a top-performing Sales and Marketing Associate should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills at all times. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Exceptional customer service skills and a good understanding of office management as well as digital and traditional marketing principles. Excellent knowledge in MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (desirable Indesign, Photoshop, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords and wordpress). You should have experience from a minimum of a couple of years working with similar duties and have the ability to work under your own initiative, while being part of a broader collaborative Sales and Technical Support team as well as Marketing and Communication team. You report directly to the UK and Ireland Director and will be based in our South Hampton office.
