a suite of performance improvement tools and best
practice examples. Its key purpose is to provide trusts
with working solutions that not only aid sustainable
performance improvement against the clock start
measurement of ‘Call Connect’, but also help to further
enhance the delivery of service to patients through
improved quality of care.
